Conscious Cooking Master Class

I have had the pleasure of attending one of the Conscious Cooking master classes, created and demonstrated by Storm Rodger. The cost is R750 per person, which includes a step by step demonstration of each recipe, as well as a full sit down meal of all the delicious plant-based recipes created. You will also receive a detailed recipe booklet of all the recipes taught in the class!

Storm Rodger

Storm’s food is amazing, all her recipes are created using healthy ingredients and are delicious work of art. She is an internationally qualified master chef, with over 10 years experience as a professional chef, who has worked abroad and within South Africa. She is also a nutritional lifestyle coach, as well as a gourmet health food consultant for many restaurants. Chances are you have been to a restaurant in Cape Town, and have had one of her delicious healthy creations without knowing it. She also offers her services as a private chef.

To date, I have attended one Conscious Cooking master class and will be attending my second one on Monday the 10th of December. I have learned so much from Storm in a single class, that I can’t wait to see what I will learn next. Maybe I’ll see you there on Monday!
