Meet Humphrey the whale. Humphrey isn’t an ordinary toy whale, he was specially hand made by Mariana in order to raise awareness about the plastic pollution in our oceans.

Plastic pollution in our oceans poses a very real threat to whales and dolphins as they are mistaking marine plastics for food.
According to the Whale and Dolphin Conservation between 5 and 13 million tonnes of plastic ends up in our oceans every year. Numerous dead whales and dolphins have washed ashore all over the world, with their stomachs full of plastics! We must act now!
So next time, you want to buy an item packaged in single-use plastic, think of Humphrey and all his friends in the ocean. And as Dory would say in whale language Thank Youuuuuuuu to all who are reducing their plastic waste!
