I bought this Happy Earth People red lentil and chickpea fusilli pasta online at Shop Zero.Â
The pasta and the packaging
The Happy Earth People Chickpea fusilli is made from nothing but 100% pure chickpeas, and the Red Lentil fusilli is made from nothing but 100% red lentils. Both are organically grown (non-certified). It was delivered in compostable paper bags. I then transfer the pasta to reused glass jars in my #zerowaste pantry.
 I love cooking with this pasta as it cooks in 6 & 8 minutes, is vegan, all-natural, high in protein, and gluten-free! Oh, I almost forgot to mention it tastes great!
