This vegan banana bread recipe is mainly made up of blueberries, Alpro chocolate soya milk, banana, and lastly, frozen blueberries. I baked it in an oven-safe glass bowl and it came out beautifully!


Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup @foodloversmarket coconut sugar
3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Wet Ingredients:
1/2 cup @alpro chocolate soya milk
1 tsp @healthconnections unfiltered apple cider vinegar
2 mashed bananas
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tsp @healthconnectionwholefoods agave nectar
@berriesexpress blueberries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180.
2. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl.
4. Mix wet and dry together and add blueberries.
5. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when you poke the bread.
